IV Selection of Executive

Any Executive shall be eligible for re-election as Executive.

There shall be a Nominating Committee for each Executive election consisting of the outgoing Chairperson and at least three other members from the Working Group. The voting procedure is outlined in Section VII.

Best efforts shall be made to fill the Executive positions to represent the three industry sectors: producers, shippers and pipelines.

There shall be a Selection Committee for the purpose of recommending to the Executive the hiring of a consultant to fill the Administrative Manager's position. The Selection Committee shall consist of the Chairperson and at least four other members from the Working Group.
